SIZING & MEASUREMENTS
Sizing is average to generous and consistent with our brand, as tried on several women of different heights and shapes. Both models shown here are the same size and build - petite, evenly proportioned and short, usually a size 6 or 8. The first woman in the yellow skirt is wearing XS and the second in jeans is wearing S, so you can compare the fits.
If you use me as a size reference, I am a 12 with a bigger bust and wear the M. If you hover between sizes I suggest go for the smaller if you like a neat fit and would wear something fitted/thin underneath. If you prefer a relaxed look with room for several layers or thicker jumpers and knits then go for the larger.
For men of an average height who usually wear a medium man - the L is fitting perfectly.
To check your size, lay flat a favourite top/jacket and run a tape measure across the garment (not something stretchy) and compare your measurements to these below. As these are intended to be a flexible fit there double the usual difference between most sizes.
XS = Sizes 6 & 8 & Teenage
Chest: 47cm
Length from the highest point on the neck to the hem: 55cm
This size is slightly smaller overall that the S through the body and arm widths, the main difference is the length as often people needing this size are shorter, not just smaller.
S = Sizes 6 & 8 & up to a standard 10 (if you are tall or have a big bust you might want to consider the next size)
Chest: 50cm
Length from the highest point on the neck to the hem: 60cm
M = Sizes 10 & 12 & up to a standard 14 (if you are tall or have a big bust you might want to consider the next size)
Chest: 55cm
Length from the highest point on the neck to the hem: 65cm
L = Sizes 14 & 16
Chest: 60cm
Length from the highest point on the neck to the hem: 70cm
This is equivalent to a men's size medium.
XL = Sizes 16 & 18 & 20
Chest: 65cm
Length from the highest point on the neck to the hem: 70cm
This is wider through the body and roomier through the arms but no longer than the L. This keeps the style being a Bomber rather than adding length and the shape becoming a longer coat. Often people needing this size are curvier/bigger but not necessarily taller. This is equivalent to a men's size large.
