Our sizing is average to generous, ranging from a size 6 to 16.
In the past we have described our sizes on the website as a range instead of a single number – rather than calling a dress a size 10 which makes some women think if they aren’t an “exact” 10 then they should size up, we’ve said 10-12 to indicate there is room to allow for people’s natural variation in proportion within each size.
However with less face to face time with customers and more online shopping lately, the size sewn into garment not matching the swing tag and online description has been starting to create confusion. So we have decided to describe all garments as a single number. If you have always selected a 10-12 online and your things at home say 10, then just select 10 for your next order.
We offer most styles in sizes 8 through to 16 or Small, Medium and Large depending on the item. Depending on production factors like the style and quantity of fabric, we may only make sizes 8 to 14 as the smallest and biggest sizes are the least popular.
You’ll find thorough fit and design explanations on each garment and a brief physical descriptions of our models. We also discuss fabric used and how that affects the fit. Measuring the body can be tricky, so we prefer to compare product measurements with something you have at home.
We do not offer custom made pieces due the restrictions of using one of a kind fabrics and time involved in tailoring and patternmaking that comes with bespoke work.
