We want you to love your new Ruby Raisin treasure as much we’ve loved creating it! So, before you order, feel free to ask any questions that might help get your purchase right first time: info@rubyraisin.com.au. We are always happy to help.
 
If it doesn’t work out, please let us know by email within 3 days of your order arriving: info@rubyraisin.com.au.  Please do not contact us via Instagram or Facebook messaging.

Items posted without making contact beforehand will not be accepted. You will be provided with a return address, do not send to the studio address.

We kindly request that you do not purchase multiple sizes and styles with the intention for a try on session at home, keeping what you want and returning the rest. We are a very small business and cannot offer this service.
 
POLICY FOR BLOCK COLOURED GARMENTS:
 
We offer a refund or exchange on our block coloured items which are made from new fabrics.
 
Items must be posted within 5 days, unworn and unwashed, in as-new condition, with tags attached. Postage is at the customer’s expense. Please bear in mind that as we only make in small, limited edition quantities, the exact item in an alternative size may not be available. We can set the new size required aside for you while you pop yours in the post. The sooner you get in touch and get it in the post, the better we can provide what you need!
 
You are welcome to choose anything else with the credit, now or within 12 months. We do not have an automated online exchange system but will serve you personally to arrange everything.

Refunds incur a 4% charge to help absorb processing time, transaction fees and postage costs ie. You will receive the price of the item, less 4%. Some companies factor these expenses into the original price of each garment but we prefer to keep costs as accurate as possible and apply this as needed.
 
POLICY FOR VINTAGE FABRIC GARMENTS:
 
This range is for exchange only, no refunds.
 
They must be posted within 5 days, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Postage is at the customer’s expense. Please bear in mind that all vintage garments are either one of a kind or only a couple made per fabric, so the exact item in an alternative size may not exist.

Please consider that some of our vintage garments sell within minutes of going online and if it wasn’t quite right for you, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to offer it to another customer as quickly as possible.

PLEASE NOTE:
 
These policies are designed to provide you with the best customer experience by making sure that our stock levels are accurate. We know that missing out on a much sought after piece can be very disappointing and therefore aim for a personal and efficient exchange system that can turn one person's not-quite-right item someone else’s dream purchase.
 
We ask that you respect the limitations of running a small, locally made business making one of a kind and limited edition runs. There is no big warehouse full of stock, we rarely repeat a colour and cannot make to order. We adhere very firmly to these polices in the hope of balancing the uncertainties of online shopping for customers with the sustainability of the brand.
 
Every effort is made to represent stock as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. Please understand that colour variations occur on different computer and phone screens. We refer to vintage fabric as genuine old stock fabric, not reproduction and describe their condition on each product ie: in “as new” or “mint” or “or preloved”.
 
Pre-loved, recycled fabrics may have certain qualities like consistent slight fading or softness in texture that is considered part of their character. It is always mentioned in the description and we do not use any materials with obvious marks/faults.
 
Hand screenprinted items are not perfect and slight variations in tone or density are part of the nature of this process. It creates variation and uniqueness between items and is not deemed a fault.
 
If an item is faulty, please get in touch and we will repair, replace or refund and cover all postage costs involved.
