We want you to love your new Ruby Raisin item as much we’ve loved creating it! 

So, before you order, feel free to ask any questions that may help to get your purchase right first time.

If it doesn’t work out, please let us know by email within 5 days of your order arriving: Please do not contact us via Instagram or Facebook messaging.

We offer an exchange for items returned within 10 days, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached. Please bear in mind that many of our pieces are one of a kind and the exact item in an alternative size may not exist.

We do not have an automated online exchange system but will serve you personally to offer advice on sizing or any other queries to find you a great alternative. If nothing catches your eye now, then the credit can be used at a later date as we are always releasing new pieces. We do not offer refunds. Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Every effort is made to represent stock as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. Please understand that colour variations occur on different computer and phone screens. We refer to vintage fabric as genuine old stock fabric, not reproduction and describe their condition on each product ie: as new or preloved.

Pre-loved, recycled fabrics may have certain qualities like consistent slight fading or softness in texture that is considered part of their character. It is always mentioned in the description and we do not use any materials with obvious marks/faults.

Hand screenprinted items are not perfect and slight variations in tone or density are part of the nature of this process. It creates variation and uniqueness between items and is not deemed a fault.

If an item is faulty, please get in touch and we will repair, replace or refund and cover all postage costs involved.
