These one of a kind heirloom pieces blend traditional craftswomanship with contemporary style, offering vibrancy and texture to your space.
They are a lightweight cover designed for the hotter months, when it's time to whip off the heavy doona but you need something with a little more weight and interest than just the sheets.
Created in my Dulwich Hill studio using remnants from clothing production and other salvaged vintage fabrics in a simple bold block pattern that allows the beautiful prints and colours sing.
Each one has lots of colours that will coordinate easily with what you already have, whether you prefer plain bedding or love some pattern clashing. A pair of free vintage fabric pillowcases in coordinating print/colour is included.
They are one size - fitting anything from a double to queen, king and super king, with a varying amount of drape depending on the size of your bed and depth of your mattress. Shown here on a super king sized bed.
Once this one is sold, you can place a "made to order". When sewing your special piece, I will not be trying to replicate this exact item but provide the same concept and feeling for you. I have saved some of the same fabrics as seen here but yours will be truly unique. There is definitely an element of surprise and trust required in me as a Maker. I promise great care will be taken to make it beautiful and you can always leave a comment on your order or email if you have any preferences eg I've added dashes of earthy tones to this one but perhaps you'd like a little more blue or grey included or a pop of pink for example. If you're someone who wants to see it completed before committing, then ready mades may be more suitable.

- Fabric composition varies, most are cotton but there may also be some linen or polyester component in sheeting and dress weights. Some are in as-new condition and others are in excellent pre-loved condition.
- Backing is made of white, brand new, hotel quality, 100% cotton sheeting.

Machine washable in cold water on delicates cycle using gentle phosphate free detergent or hand wash. Dry in shade. Do not use the tumble dryer.
