Our signature Patchwork Pillowcases are totally unique one of a kind creations made from new and Vintage fabrics surrounding a hand screenprinted original illustration.
It's unusual that I have enough of the same prints to make a matching pair, so these are special. They make a beautiful feature on both children’s and adult's beds, bringing a bright pop of cheerful print and texture to the room. There are lots of colours that will coordinate easily with what you already have at home, whether you prefer plain bedding or love some pattern clashing.
The fabrics used are mostly remnants from our clothing production, because it’s so important to value and celebrate these finite resources, every last little piece, nothing goes to waste in my studio! I absolutely love sewing these and hope they bring many night’s sweet dreams to you and your loved ones.
- 50cmx72cm to fit a standard sized bed pillow, although please allow some variation as they are all handmade.
- Hand-screenprinted using water soluble inks, which are then heat set to fix the dye.
- Mostly 100% cotton although there may be some components which include linen and polyester, some in as-new condition and others are recycled, in excellent pre-loved condition.
- Backing is one solid piece of fabric as seen in last photo.
