Here is the little sister to the original and beloved Nina Jumpsuit.
The Tina Playsuit has the same bodice but with an ever so slightly deeper scoop front and back, though we have improved the fit to be closer to the original Nina than the previous denim version of Tina from 2 years ago. The same front pockets and pleats create ease over the tummy and flow into wide leg shorts that are loose the thigh. The back has smooth darts rather than pleat a streamlined silhouette.
The black linen has a hint of stretch making it just as comfy and practical as it is stylish. Dress it up or down, a blank canvas for your own taste or the occasion and it would make for a very cute Christmas Day outfit!
As always we have taken great care to finesse the design with a professional Patternmaker for the ultimate in wearability and comfort. You won't encounter many of the design issues of other jumpsuits like stringy straps, baggy shapeless waistlines or the dreaded centre seam that rides up in the most awkward of places!
- Tailored but not tight silhouette. Fits and flares in all the rights spots.
- Scoop neckline
- Comfortable, full straps
- Pleated at the waist for a flattering drape over the tummy
- Darts on bum for flattering smooth line
- Relaxed, wide leg shorts, loose on thighs, with an a-line form that finish above the knee
- Deep feature pockets
- Zipper back
- Long centre seam to avoid any riding up
97% Linen 3% Spandex. new fabric not vintage. Cold handwash or gentle machine wash inside a washbag using mild phosphate detergent and low spin. Hot iron but looks great un-ironed if you like a more natural texture. Just hang it up to dry on a coathanger rather than peg on the washing line.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR SIZE
There’s often confusion about what size to buy a jumpsuit or playsuit because they are a top and bottom combined into one garment!
So if you are evenly proportioned, whether that’s straight up and down or hourglass, just go for your usual size.
If you have a bigger top half than lower half then choose the size you’d wear in a top or dress that accommodates the bust comfortably and the pants section will flow nicely.
If you have a bigger bottom than top then choose the same size you would in pants. It’s better to have a little extra room up top than feel restricted in the lower half.
Consistent with our other styles, so if you already have a piece of Ruby Raisin please select the same size. Please get in touch any time with questions- always happy to help!
