One of a kind, ethically and locally handmade in my studio and with professional Makers nearby, in Sydney's inner west.
Outer is Cotton/Poly Blend quilted over a polyester filling. It's a bit warmer than our other jackets. Genuine vintage fabric in excellent preloved condition. Lining, cuffs and neck are new fabric, not vintage, 100% cotton. Cold handwash or gentle machine wash on delicates cycle inside a washbag using a mild phosphate free detergent. Dry on a hanger in the shade. No need to iron.
SIZING & MEASUREMENTS
Sizing is average to generous and consistent with our brand, as tried on several women of different heights and shapes. Model shown is shorter than average, usually a size 6 or 8 and wearing the S here. If you use me as a size reference, I am a 12 with a bigger bust and wear the M. If you hover between sizes I suggest go for the smaller if you like a neat fit and would wear something fitted/thin underneath. If you prefer a relaxed look with room for several layers or thicker jumpers and knits then go for the larger.
For men, an average height, sized medium man is fitting the L perfectly.
To check your size, lay flat a favourite top/jacket and run a tape measure across the garment (not something stretchy) and compare your measurements to these below. As there are 3 sizes please note that there is double the difference between sizes than usual.
As this is a quilted fabric it feels like slightly smaller/firmer fit than the other jackets even though the pattern and measurements are the same.
